At Bars on Wheels, we ship all trailers safely and carefully. We work with trusted trailer delivery partners to make sure your trailer arrives in good condition.

Shipping Options

We offer shipping for nearly every trailer we sell or build.

• Shipping rate: $1.20 per mile (one way)
• Fully enclosed transport
• Fully insured
• Dedicated route to your address
• Delivered by a team member (white-glove service)

We also offer discounted shipping rates for deliveries to the West Coast. Please contact us for the current rate, as it can change throughout the year.

Shipping Process

Once your trailer is complete and full payment has been received:

1. We prepare the trailer for transport.
2. We arrange shipping with a reliable trailer delivery agency.
3. We send you the shipping information so you can track updates.
4. Your trailer is delivered to the address you provide.

All trailers are ready for delivery within 4 days after completion.

Buyer Responsibility

Shipping, delivery, or pick-up is the buyer’s responsibility. While we arrange and manage the shipping process for most customers, the final responsibility for receiving the trailer remains with the buyer.

Storage Fee

If your trailer is not picked up or scheduled for delivery within 10 days after it is ready, a storage fee of $15 per day will apply.

Third-Party Shipping

If you prefer to arrange your own shipping with a third-party company, please do your own research. Make sure the company is licensed, insured, and has good reviews. We are not responsible for issues that occur with third-party shippers you hire independently.
